(Age 62 and older; verification required)

We Will Not Charge Any Additional Fees For Fuel Surcharges!
We Provide Free Recycling Service as Part of our Services Above!
Important Guidelines for Trash Pick-Up
1. For guaranteed pick-up, please make sure all trash, recycle and yard waste is set to roadside the night before or by 6:00 am. All items must be clearly visible for the drivers.
2. We do not send our drivers back for trash, recycle, or yard waste that was not set out on time.
3. NO refunds are given on your account, unless you are moving out of our service area.
4. Please try to notify the office prior to your last pickup if you are moving or wish to cancel service.
5. You pay for your household trash only. DO NOT allow anyone to combine their trash with yours. Your service can be canceled immediately if you are caught sharing removal services.
6. When renting our cart, you are responsible for it. ALWAYS take cart in after trash pick up.
7. There is a $35 charge for all returned checks.
8. We are not responsible for damaged or missing personal trash cans or bins. All customer provided containers must be in good condition, no larger than 45 gallons, and must contain handles on the outside for lifting.
Important notes about Paints and Oils:
- Paints must be mixed with oil dry or kitty litter before we can accept them. Please make sure to remove the lids from paint containers.
- We CANNOT accept any type of OIL with your regular trash. We are able accept OIL at our location in Hamburg. Please visit the Bulk Item Disposal page for more information.

If your rubbish or an item is left at the curb, our drivers have determined that it cannot be removed, according to guidelines or current laws. There may also be a safety concern that would affect the driver and/or the environment. The tag should indicate the problem. Please review the tag and make the appropriate corrections. We apologize for any pick-up delays in advance.
